I really liked what he said about Thamesmead being a friendly place, this was something I wanted to capture within my design. I thought about how I could depict happiness or smiling, through colours and objects.
I found flower symbolism to be interesting and wanted to incorporate flowers and plants that symbolise happiness into my design.
