Angela, a mother of four, likes to walk along the river and see swans.  However, she had experienced lots of trauma in her past.  People around her have gone and she used to have alcohol issue.  Therefore, in my project, a mother swan was swimming in the river with four cygnets under the sunshine represent Angela and her children are living in a wonderful life after overcoming all the difficulties.  The glass bottle was upside down because she has recovered from alcoholism.  For the river, it’s an evolution of Angela’s life with dark tone evolves into a brightly coloured garden.  British wildflowers can be found in the garden, such as Ox-eye daisy, Snake’s head fritillary and Pasque flower.  These symbolise the concept of rebirth and endurance.
